I first joined the preschool as a committee member when my own children were small, and later completed my apprenticeship, learning and growing alongside our wonderful 'team purple'.
Now, as the newly appointed manager, I bring a nurturing heart, a passion for early years, and a commitment to caring for every child as a whole- their curiosity, their wellbeing and their sense of belonging.

I joined the preschool after working as a teaching assistant, and I've been lucky enough to grow through several roles along the way. I started as a keyworker, then moved into admin, and now I proudly work as deputy manager. I'm passionate about supporting our staff so they can be the best version of themselves for the children, and I take great care in making sure our learning environments are safe, welcoming spaces for everyone.
Outside of preschool, I enjoy going to the theatre and spending time in my garden where I can relax and recharge.

I chose to work with children after having four of my own, an experience that's shaped both my passion and my practice. I'm the Room Leader and take pride in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported. I believe in a holistic approach to early learning, always putting the child first and respecting their individual needs.
I'm grateful to work alongside such a wonderful team and I truly enjoy building strong, positive relationships with our children and their families.

I love helping people feel comfortable, supported and cared for, I have a naturally nurturing nature and people say I have the patience of a saint. I also enjoy a good laugh, so there's usually a bit of humour along the way too. I may be small, but I've been told I have a very big heart, and I truly care about the people I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and spending quality time with my husband and family, who mean the world to me.

I find working in Early Years incredibly rewarding, especially when I get to see children accomplish something for themselves. Those moments of confidence and pride never get old for me. I'm known for bringing a sense of calm to the team and creating a gentle, supportive space where children feel comfortable to try, explore, and grow.
Outside of work, I love all things Disney, practicing Tae Kwon Do and spending time with my husband and girls.

I'm known as the joker of the pack and love bringing fun, laughter and energy into each day. When I'm not supporting children in their learning and development, you'll usually find me enjoying board games, at pub quizes or studying for my Masters degree.
I believe learning happens best when children feel happy, confident, and included. I'm proud to be a part of a team that creates an environment where every child can thrive.

I'm passionate about understanding behaviour so I can identify their current needs and support them in the most meaningful way. I'm naturally empathetic and really enjoy helping children build emotional literacy, giving them the tools to understand and express how they feel.
When I'm not at preschool, you'll usually find me enjoying cake, playing fortnite or heading out for a walk to recharge.

I love sharing hugs, creating new opportunities for children, and heading out on preschool trips where learning comes to life beyond the classroom. I really enjoy helping children explore new experiences that build confidence.
Outside of work, I love shopping, playing at arcades and travelling whenever I get the chance.
